We’re Looking for a Relationship-Driven Hunter.

In fact, the kind that understands industries, identifies client pain points, recognizes operational risks, and creates real business value through trusted relationships and credible solutions.

Xenali Inc. is seeking a high-energy business development professional who thrives on:

This is a role for someone who enjoys the strategic side of business development — someone who understands that the best opportunities are often created through trust, insight, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.

What You’ll Do

Build & Grow Client Relationships

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify customer pain points, operational challenges, and project opportunities
  • Help clients navigate solutions that improve outcomes, efficiency, and value
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with key customers and industry relationships

Create New Opportunities

  • Prospect strategically within target industries and accounts
  • Identify opportunities through relationship-building, market awareness, and industry engagement
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Help position Xenali as a trusted long-term solutions partner

Support Growth & Market Presence

  • Stay engaged with market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Build your professional network across Edmonton and Western Canada
  • Contribute ideas that support Xenali’s long-term growth and customer experience strategies

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong commercial instincts and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and operational stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable conducting regular client and site visits throughout the Edmonton region

Strong Assets
Experience in any of the following industries is considered beneficial:

  • Commercial furniture
  • Construction
  • Architectural products
  • Building materials
  • Division 10 products
  • Commercial interiors
  • Modular construction
  • Workspace solutions

Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite, 2020 Design, or related software platforms is also considered an asset.
