Augury Healthcare is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Emergency Department (ER) experience for a high-pay contract assignment in Radville, Saskatchewan.

This role is ideal for ER nurses who are confident, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced clinical environments. The successful candidate will deliver safe, timely, and patient-centred emergency care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Perform triage and rapid patient assessments using CTAS or equivalent protocols
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and critical care situations
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
• Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and allied health professionals
• Maintain clear, professional communication with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Saskatchewan (CRNS) or commitment to obtain licensure immediately
• Minimum 1–2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Current and valid certifications:
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• CTAS (or equivalent)
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and triage skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural or remote healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $80-95 per hour competitive pay rate
