Territory Manager, Referral Development – Edmonton, AB

Snore MD | Permanent, Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000/year + Bonus & Benefits

Wake up excited about your work.

Snore MD is a world-class sleep clinic expanding across Western Canada. We combine decades of medical and commercial experience to deliver an unmatched patient and customer experience — and we're growing our Edmonton team.

We're looking for a Territory Manager who knows how to earn a physician's trust and turn that trust into referrals. This isn't a pharma sales role dropping off samples — its relationship-driven business development, building genuine partnerships with physicians and clinics across Edmonton so more patients get the sleep care they need.

You'll work closely with our Director of Business Development, own your territory, and be the face of Snore MD in medical offices across the city.

What We Offer

  • $65,000–$70,000 base + bonus, benefits included
  • Exceptional health, dental, and vision coverage
  • RRSP matching and lifestyle perks
  • Real training and professional development — we invest in you
  • Genuine advancement opportunities in a growing company
  • A team that actually celebrates wins together

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain real relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and medical office teams across Edmonton
  • Educate healthcare professionals on sleep apnea care and how Snore MD's services help their patients
  • Set up and run in-office presentations, lunch-and-learns, and meetings that actually convert to referral partnerships
  • Proactively identify and develop new referral sources while nurturing existing ones
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to keep referral growth on target

What You Bring

Must-haves (we will not consider applications without these):

  • You live in Edmonton or the immediate surrounding area — this is a hands-on, in-person territory role, and local market knowledge matters from day one
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — you'll be on the road daily visiting clinics and offices across the city

Good to have:

  • Proven experience selling a service into a referral network — for example: medical device sales, clinic/practice business development, hearing clinic or diagnostic imaging referral development, home health or rehab referral coordination, dental specialty referrals, or similar.

Also important:

  • A genuine passion for relationship-building and comfort with the day-to-day grind of sales — booking meetings, following up, and closing the loop
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of hitting targets

In your application, please briefly note: (1) your current Edmonton/area location, and (2) the service based sales experience you'd bring to this role.
