Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead Bath Fitter's partnership strategy by collaborating with creators, influencers, and brands. Your role is to develop authentic collaborations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and trust, while delivering measurable results and strong ROI.

What is the ideal profile for this position?


  • 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop authentic, brand-aligned collaborations
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and partners
  • Performance-driven with a proven ability to generate measurable results (engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns (asset: existing network, influencer tools, content strategy)
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential

As an Influencer & Partnerships Specialist, what will your responsibilities be?


  • Build and manage a network of 50+ influencers (micro to macro), aligned with brand positioning
  • Evaluate and select partners based on performance, audience quality, and brand fit
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns (50+ annually), aligned with marketing priorities
  • Manage operational aspects (contracts, coordination with teams and branches, logistics)
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to integrate content into broader campaigns
  • Optimize content performance (hooks, CTAs, conversion) to maximize impact
  • Identify and repurpose top-performing content for Paid Social campaigns
  • Analyze performance (CPC, CTR, conversions) and provide recommendations to improve ROI
