Our Role | Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you will inspire and guide customers to explore the world by delivering tailor-made travel solutions and premium customer care before, during, and after their journey.

You’ll play a key role in driving business success while building meaningful relationships with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire customers with personalized travel recommendations and thoughtful planning
• Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the travel lifecycle
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through smart strategies, market insight, and relationship-based selling
• Build trust as a knowledgeable travel advisor who understands different cultures and travel needs
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on special projects and initiatives that support business growth

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Legal authorization to work
• Prior travel industry experience is a plus; Cruise Line Experience is a Plus.
• Motivated entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
