As the Travel Program Lead, you will lead the management and optimization of Arc'teryx's global corporate travel program. This is a unique opportunity to become the first full-time resource dedicated to corporate travel at Arc'teryx and play a key role in shaping how employees travel around the world.
As the owner of the Egencia travel program, you will focus on building a strong foundation for a scalable, best-in-class travel program while driving adoption, improving the employee travel experience, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. You will work closely with employees, people leaders, Executive Assistants, Finance, Procurement, Asset Protection and external travel partners to support business travel across Arc'teryx. - Acting as the primary owner and administrator of the Arc'teryx Egencia travel program
- Enabling employees to effectively navigate and utlizethe Egencia platform and travel processes
- Evolving the foundational processes, governance, and stakeholder partnerships required to support a growing global travel program
- Driving adoption and effective utilization of the travel program
- Overseeing travel spend, compliance, and program performance
- Managing the relationship with Egencia and escalating service issues when required
- Identifying opportunities to improve traveler experience, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
- Creating and managing travel communications, training materials, and self-service resources
- Building reporting and insights to support business decisions
- Strengthening travel governance, compliance, and risk management practices
- Identifying additional opportunities for sustainability, cost optimization, and supplier consolidation
- Partnering with Procurement on Egencia-related RFP initiatives
- Establishing a roadmap for the future evolution and maturity of Arc'teryx's travel program
Are you our next Travel Program Lead?
- 4+ years of experience in corporate travel management, travel program management, procurement, operations, or a related field
- Experience working with Egencia, American Express Global Business Travel, SAP Concur, Navan, or similar travel management platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies, travel operations, and supplier management practices
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and service providers

- Experience building, implementing, or transforming employee programs, operational processes, or travel programs from the ground up
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, governance, and scalable processes in a growing or evolving organization
