Leisure Travel Advisor / Cruise Specialist / Vacation Consultant – Nanaimo , BC

Join one of Vancouver Island’s most established travel agencies.

With over 65 years in business, our agency has built a reputation for exceptional service, deep industry expertise, and long-standing client relationships. We are currently seeking a Leisure Travel Advisor who is passionate about travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and book customized leisure travel including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, tours, and tailor-made itineraries
  • Share personal travel experiences and insights to inspire clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients
  • Manage bookings from initial consultation through to completion
  • Provide high-touch service for changes, special requests, and travel support

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in leisure travel sales
  • Strong knowledge of cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators
  • Personal travel experience and a genuine passion for travel
  • Ability to sell and curate experiences—not just process bookings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
