White Mountain Adventures is an outdoor adventure company specializing in active pursuits such as hiking and e-biking, as well as outdoor teambuilding games and events for groups. Since 1987, we have been leading tours across Western Canada and the Canadian Rockies, creating memorable experiences for corporate, meeting, and groups in the Bow Valley.

Job Overview

We are looking for a one-of-a-kind person who has the skills to help us launch and operate a new interactive outdoor teambuilding app. The app combines digital experience with outdoor activity and requires the successful candidate to have the skills to create, sell and operate games and events in an outdoor environment.

Requirements:

  • Ease in working with varieties of computer software to create games in the app.
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Group leadership/facilitation experience
  • Valid Canadian Working Visa and drivers license
  • Located in Banff-Canmore area, or in Calgary with the possibility to commute to Banff on a weekly basis
  • Creativity, good sense of humour

This hybrid career position is a combination of work at home, at our Banff office and in the field. Pay is a combination of salary and commission.
