Full job description

We are looking for native English Canadian speakers to take part in a paid voice data project. The project involves collecting natural speech audio and matching transcripts for use in AI training and evaluation.

This is suitable for individuals, small groups, community organizers, recruiters, language specialists, or anyone who can help source native English Canadian speakers and collect usable speech recordings.

What We Need

We are looking for natural spoken audio in English Canadian. The audio can include single-speaker recordings or conversations between multiple speakers.

Project Volume: Each individual speaker can contribute up to 20 hours of audio per month.

Requirements

You should apply if you are:

  • A native English Canadian speaker
  • Able to record yourself speaking naturally (no professional studio or complex equipment required)
  • Able to organize conversations with other native English Canadian speakers
  • A community organizer, recruiter, translator, interpreter, linguist, student, or freelancer with access to English Canadian speakers
  • Able to provide audio together with accurate transcripts

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
