Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Publishing Specialist to join our team and drive the seamless production and management of our digital and print publications. In this role, you will coordinate the entire publishing process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of content across various platforms. Duties

  • Manage and update content within databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other publishing platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets, with precision and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and physical documents through effective filing systems to support easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques such as pivot tables and Excel functions to monitor publication metrics and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content, verify information, and ensure adherence to publishing standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion while managing sensitive data entries in various systems.
  • Support order entry processes related to publication materials or subscriptions using office productivity software.

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word processing, Excel data analysis, and productivity software.
  • Experience working with databases, database systems, ERP systems, and data collection tools.
