  • Maintain organized communication channels and client records to ensure seamless collaboration across the team.
  • Clean, sort, curate, and prepare jewellery for sale, both in-store and online.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience across digital and retail channels.
  • Assist with inventory management, product curation, and website listings.
  • Support jewellery grading and evaluations for inventory and client consignments (based on experience and expertise).
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support the growth of the business.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards, and our commitment to exceptional service.

What You Bring

  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence interacting with clients both virtually and in person.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
  • Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, customer service, sales, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Jewellery knowledge, grading experience, or a GIA certification is an asset but not required.
  • Comfort with digital communication platforms, appointment scheduling, and online customer service tools.

What We Offer

  • $24-$27/hour + performance-based customer service bonuses
  • Comprehensive medical and dental benefits
  • Company RRSP matching program.
  • 2 Weeks Vacation
  • Paid, hands-on training in a unique and growing industry
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment where your growth matters

Schedule
