What will you do as a Customer Support Specialist?

  • Respond to and manage support calls
  • Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software issues
  • Address and find solutions for customer product issues
  • Define and provide scope to custom software change requests on behalf of clients
  • Train customers on using FDM4 aligned to their unique needs

Qualifications

  • Customer Support experience (or other relevant experience)
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Train and present concepts with confidence
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs+
