Responsabilités

- Accueillir et conseiller les clients avec enthousiasme et expertise

- Recommander nourriture, jouets, accessoires et fournitures selon les besoins des clients

- Utiliser le système de caisse (POS) et effectuer les transactions avec précision

- Maintenir les étagères et présentoirs propres et bien organisés

- Réapprovisionner l’inventaire et recevoir les livraisons

- Participer aux événements promotionnels et aux ventes saisonnières

Qualifications

- Expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle (un atout)

- Passion pour les animaux et leur bien-être

- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles (français, anglais)

- Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 40 lb et à rester debout pendant de longues périodes

- Fiable, ponctuel(le) et esprit d’équipe

- Désir d’apprendre sur les produits et soins pour animaux

- Support promotional events and seasonal sales

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Passion for animals and pet care

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (French, English)

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Willingness to learn about pet products and care
