Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a team-oriented environment? Guelph Toyota is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our Service Department.
We believe outstanding customer experiences start with outstanding team members. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Service Advisor experience with a strong understanding of dealership service operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive workplace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with dealership software and digital systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Your Schedule
Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek!
- Monday to Thursday
- 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
This schedule provides a three-day weekend every week, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work.
