Operate digital print equipment
Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill)
Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Qualifications

EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
Ability and willingness to learn and develop
SKILLS
Good communications skills (oral and written)
Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
