Full job description

Stallion is urgently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 4-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of our Saint Laurent location. You will be joining our small (but mighty) team as our clients' primary point of contact when they come into the facility to drop off their packages, as well as to direct their inquiries to our internal customer service team.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Overtime: Optional on Sundays, subject to manager approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perform repetitive warehouse tasks such as scanning, sorting, and processing shipments
  • Load and unload shipments, including operating pallet trucks
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
  • Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks without compromising accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing environment
  • Physically capable of lifting and loading packages up to 50 lbs onto company vehicles
  • Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License (preferred)

YOU ARE:

  • Experienced in a warehouse environment, preferably in logistics
  • Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks
  • Reliable, efficient, and punctual
  • Able to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to consistently and reliably report to the warehouse
  • Bilingual in English and French

Stallion est à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) d’entrepôt pour un contrat de 4 mois afin de se joindre rapidement à notre équipe.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable des activités quotidiennes de notre succursale de Saint-Laurent. Vous vous joindrez à notre petite équipe (mais ô combien efficace!) et serez le principal point de contact de nos clients lorsqu’ils se présentent à la succursale pour déposer leurs colis. Vous devrez également les accueillir, répondre à leurs questions générales et, au besoin, les diriger vers notre équipe interne du service à la clientèle.

HORAIRE :
Lundi au vendredi : 15:30 h à 19:30 h
Heures supplémentaires : facultatives le dimanche, sous réserve de l’approbation du gestionnaire

EXIGENCES :

  • Effectuer des tâches répétitives en entrepôt telles que la numérisation, le tri et le traitement des envois
  • Charger et décharger les expéditions, y compris l’utilisation de transpalettes
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et une grande attention aux détails
  • Travailler efficacement sous pression tout en gérant plusieurs tâches sans compromettre la précision
  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle dans un environnement en contact direct avec la clientèle
  • Être en mesure de soulever et charger des colis pouvant aller jusqu’à 50 lb dans les véhicules de l’entreprise
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide de classe 5 (un atout)

VOUS ÊTES :

  • Expérimenté(e) dans un environnement d’entrepôt, de préférence en logistique
  • En bonne condition physique et capable d’effectuer des tâches exigeantes
  • Fiable, efficace et ponctuel(le)
  • Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches tout en restant organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • À l’aise de travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu’en équipe
  • Motivé(e) et capable de travailler avec peu de supervision
  • Capable de vous présenter au travail de manière fiable et constante
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais
