The Parts Supervisor will effectively manage all central warehouse functions on a daily basis to operate a clean, efficient, safe and secure parts warehouse.

Note: This position will be rotational as it is working at a remote site.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Monitors and control day-to-day operations, incoming and outgoing stock order process and annual inventory counts
• Conduct regular inspections for all lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained
• Plan for and/or build business case for capital expenditures
• Plan, hire and assign resources to meet demands of the parts department
• Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolves problems effectively
• Assist in day-to-day operations when necessary (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

Must-haves for this role:

• College Diploma in Business combined with 5 - 7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience
• Strong inventory management skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Knowledge of recognized Health and Safety best practices
• Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics
