Full job description

The Opportunity

An established, boutique real estate team at Chestnut Park, specializing in high-end residential transactions, is looking for a licensed Sales Associate to join an exciting, relationship-driven practice. This is a great opportunity to work directly alongside the team leader on active client files, while also gaining hands-on experience managing your own leads from day one. The role spans both client-facing work and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep a high-performing practice running smoothly. The focus is on delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele who expect nothing less.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the team leader's existing clients directly — showings, communication, follow-up, relationship management
  • Work leads provided by the team, gaining full-cycle experience from first contact through closing
  • Assist across active transactions and client engagements
  • Be active in the field — showings, open houses, client meetings — with some operational and administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly
  • Represent the brand at the highest standard of professionalism and discretion
  • Contribute to a seamless, white-glove client experience at every touchpoint

Who We're Looking For

  • High standards, collaborative by nature — someone who takes pride in the work and the team's collective success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with high-net-worth clientele and the expectations that come with it
  • A team-first mentality — this role is built around working together, not independently
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years holding an active real estate license (Ontario)

Why Join Us

  • Competitive hourly base plus commission on closed transactions
  • A steady stream of leads to work and grow with, backed by an established practice's marketing and reputation
  • Direct exposure working within an established premier residential practice
  • A stable, supportive environment with real infrastructure behind you

To Apply

If you're ready to take the next step in your real estate career alongside an established team, we'd love to hear from you. Send your resume and a brief note on what draws you to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
