Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Roofing Foreman and lead high-quality roofing projects from start to finish! In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on roofing sites, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties

  • Supervise roofing crews to ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of projects in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project schedules, materials delivery, and scope of work
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards throughout each phase of roofing installation

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques
  • Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
  • Demonstrated ability to read construction drawings accurately and perform construction estimating for roofing projects
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards specific to commercial roofing projects
