Overview:

Garage Living Ottawa is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as a Floor Coating Installer. As a floor coating Installer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Garage Living brand garage transformations to our customers across Ottawa and the surrounding regions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of concrete surfaces and the application of a Floortex® floor coating – the best garage floor coating on the market.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installation projects.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or explaining the process to clients during the installation.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to coordinate scheduling and logistics for installation assignments.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floor coatings, construction, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and blueprints.

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring accurate and precise installations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
