Full job description

TNT Tool Rental & Safety is seeking a new full-time team member who can roll with changing priorities throughout the day. If you like working with equipment, talking to customers, and keeping busy, we want to hear from you.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)

What you'll be doing:

-Helping customers at the rental counter — answering questions about our equipment, answering phones, forming rental contracts on the computer, using the POS machine, and recommending the right tool for the job

-Receiving returns, inspecting equipment, and getting it cleaned up and ready to rent again

-Light maintenance and troubleshooting on rental equipment (small engines, compactors, lifts, etc.)

-Loading and unloading rental equipment

-Local deliveries and pickups as needed

-General yard and shop upkeep

-Pitching in wherever the day takes you

What we're looking for:

-A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

-Available to work 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

-Mechanical experience — comfortable around tools and equipment

-Sales-minded — comfortable recommending accessories, consumables, and safety gear

- Basic computer skills

-Valid Class 5 driver's licence

-Good customer service skills

-Able to lift and move equipment

-Punctual and dependable
