Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain tools and dies used in manufacturing processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics to produce accurate tooling.
  • Operate CNC machines including CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections using calipers and other measuring tools.
  • Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain safety standards and proper documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CNC programming, and CNC machinery.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, welding, and assembly techniques.
  • Excellent math skills for precise measurements.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
