Tokyo Express is a fast-casual Japanese restaurant group with multiple locations across the Edmonton area. We are committed to serving fresh, high-quality Japanese food with fast, friendly service.

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Crew Members to join our teams in Spruce Grove.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you will be part of a fast-paced restaurant team responsible for preparing quality food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Tokyo Express recipes and portion standards
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register accurately
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service area, and dining room
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory deliveries
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• Follow all Tokyo Express operational and food quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, quick-service, or fast-food experience preferred
• 1 year of restaurant experience is an asset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Food Handler Certification is an asset or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
