Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Tire Technician and become a vital part of delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality automotive services. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards are met. Your mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for automotive repair will drive your success as you help customers get back on the road confidently. Responsibilities

  • Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools
  • Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation to ensure safety and optimal performance
  • Perform wheel alignments and other basic automotive maintenance tasks as needed
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain services performed and recommend additional maintenance or sales opportunities
  • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and advise customers accordingly
  • Lift heavy tires safely and assist with vehicle inspections in compliance with safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards at all times

Requirements

  • Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology is essential
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
  • Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills in automotive repair
