WHO WE ARE

Graffiti Market is a Detroit-style trattoria with a deep food culture in its bones and we eat, sleep and breathe that in this kitchen. If you feel that in your chest, you're our people.

THE ROLE

We're looking for cooks who want to be part of something more and are tired of settling for less. You'll work across stations including Garde Manger, Grill, Sauté, Pizza, Pivot and Expo, coordinating daily with members of the chef team on mise en place, pars, and service execution.

In return, we expect you to learn, be curious, know your station, hold your corner, be willing to accept help and help others hold theirs, and communicate like a professional when the floor gets sat and the chit rail starts filling.

Culinary students finishing their programmes this spring: Graffiti Market sees you out there. We know the timing. We're ready for you, and we're willing to build you up to your next step if you're willing to put the work in.

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Non-slip kitchen footwear

  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a high-volume dinner service schedule
  • The ability to take direction cleanly, hold a standard under pressure, and show up for your team
  • A genuine desire to be better at this than you were yesterday

Previous kitchen experience is an asset. Heart for the craft is non-negotiable.
