Seasonal Snow Removal Crew – Multiple Positions

Cleauv Home Services — Timmins, ON
Season: November 1 – April 15
Employment Type: Seasonal / Winter

About the Job

Cleauv Home Services is building our winter crew for the 2026–27 snow season.

Last winter, we serviced 800+ homes. This year, we're preparing for 1,250+ residential driveways, along with commercial parking lots.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy fast-paced outdoor work and take pride in getting the job done properly.

This is a hands-on winter position. Snow doesn't wait for convenient hours, so applicants must be comfortable working early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and during major snow events when required.

Positions Available

  • 1 Loader Operator — $40+/hr
  • 10 Tractor Operators — $30–$50/hr
  • 2 Plow Truck + Sander Drivers
  • 4–6 Labourers / Shovel Crew — $30+/hr

Bonuses available.

We're looking for people who:

  • Show up on time and can be counted on
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Can work effectively as part of a crew
  • Are comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
  • Can work flexible hours around snow events
  • Take care of equipment and property
  • Stay calm and productive during busy storms
  • Take pride in doing the job right

Equipment experience is an asset for operator positions, but reliability and work ethic are just as important.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:

  • Operating tractors, loaders or plow trucks
  • Clearing residential driveways and commercial parking lots
  • Snow blowing, plowing, loading and hauling snow
  • Shovelling and clearing walkways and entrances
  • Working as part of a coordinated snow removal crew
  • Completing assigned routes efficiently and safely
  • Performing basic equipment checks
  • Communicating with supervisors and other crew members during snow events
