Overview

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers through friendly service, accurate transactions, and helpful product guidance. This role combines cashiering, retail sales, and merchandising in a customer-facing setting.

Duties

  • Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
  • Answer customer questions, demonstrate products, and support technology sales with clear explanations and appropriate upselling.
  • Maintain organized, appealing merchandise displays and manage tasks effectively during busy periods.
  • Use professional phone etiquette and communicate with customers and colleagues in English.

Qualifications

Required: Bring customer service and communication skills, basic math ability, and the organization and time management needed to handle transactions and assist customers reliably. Preferred: Cashiering, cash handling, retail sales, merchandising, product demonstrations, or technology sales experience can help you contribute confidently; bilingual or multilingual communication is an added strength.

Pay: $17.60-$28.30 per hour
