Job Description

We are currently looking for an individual to join our team of accountants and bookkeepers to perform general office duties and provide some basic support to users of our accounting system. This is a flexible part time position based out of our North Vancouver office. There is also potential for the role to run into full time based on business needs.

Our staff gets involved in a variety of assignments which provide an opportunity for growth and to obtain invaluable experience.

If you have some knowledge or interest in accounting, software, customer service, or marketing, that would be a bonus. We will provide training and support – we are eager to find someone who can learn and grow with us into a core member of our team.

About You

  • You’re tech-savvy and not afraid of learning new technology, software, and troubleshooting the odd computer issue.
  • Some prior experience in a professional office setting would be an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills – online, in person, and over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing with the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • You hold yourself to high standards and attention to detail.
  • You are motivated by helping others and providing great customer service
  • You’re an organizational ninja
  • Enthusiastic to get involved in a wide range of projects that impact the entire organization.
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
