Full job description

- Responsibilities: receptionist duties including: checking emails, voice mail, answering telephone and directing calls
to the appropriate personal as well as all correspondence

- Responsible for ordering office and warehouse supplies

- Managing/inputting all customer/dealer records and filing information

- Providing customer service on all orders and repairs

- Ensuring all orders are completed from back order to shipping

- Responsible for sales orders to invoicing

- Processing and completing all payments on invoicing and repairs, via Moneris and wire transfer.

- Assisting Accounting when required

- Preparation and maintaining shipping for all trade shows

- Process Custom paperwork CERS, CUSMA/USMCA, and annual renewal

- Shipping for all orders and repairs and following up on any outstanding shipping
issues - UPS, FEDEX, DHL, PUROLATOR and MAIL

- Responsible for maintaining all employee attendance

- Would be beneficial to have knowledge in: Sage 50, excel and word

- Attention to detail
