We are looking for a strong server with a positive attitude, full time and open availability. Weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take and accurately record food and drink orders from guests, offering recommendations when requested.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to guests' questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests.
  • Continuously strive to improve your knowledge of our menu, including seasonal specials and beverage offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.

Wage:

  • $18.25 per hour plus gratuities (tip pool)
