Montana's BBQ & Bar is searching for Experienced Servers and Bartenders

Overview: As a Server, you make the first and lasting impression on each and every guest that enters with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality creating a great atmosphere. You manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
  • Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
  • Thank guests for joining us and invite them to return
  • Offering a friendly final farewell to Guests
  • Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices Is This You?
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dynamic personality, energetic and self-confident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
  • Team player - help contribute to a positive Guest experience however necessary)
