About Us

We are collaborative, multidisciplinary group practice dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and related challenges. We offer flexible, evidence-based services through a virtual care model. Our team includes physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and educational professionals working together to deliver science-driven, client-centered care.

About the Role

We’re currently seeking an Academic Tutor/Instructor with experience supporting students with ADHD and Learning Disabilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping neurodiverse learners thrive through structured, research-based instruction.

This role requires a minimum availability of 2 consistent weekday afternoon/evenings after 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement structured tutoring programs to deliver high-quality, structured lessons that align with the specific educational needs of each student;
  • Provide one-on-one instruction to students, customizing teaching methods and materials to cater to their unique learning profiles;
  • Regularly assess and track students' progress through formative and summative assessments, adjusting instruction as needed to address areas of improvement;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
  • Previous experience working with children (camp counselor, tutor, sports coach).
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Technologically adept and comfortable delivering sessions virtually.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required prior to starting sessions.
