Responsibilities -

  • Greet customers during consultations and draw up appropriate treatment plans;
  • Follow up on customer consultations;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Make product sales to support customers in their medical process;
  • Schedule appointments and drop off customers following consultations;
  • Prepare consultation statistics report for management;
  • Make yourself available to help the clinic with various administrative tasks.


Qualifications -

  • Knowledge of medical aesthetic care;
  • Sales experience required;
  • Diploma in aesthetics (an asset);
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English and our patient base speak mostly mandarin..
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on results;
  • Integrity, discretion and sense of ethics;
  • Autonomy, initiative and flexibility appreciated.
