You do not need an MOA certificate or previous medical-office experience. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to teach you our clinic procedures, appointment system and electronic medical record software.
What matters most is that you already know how to provide excellent customer service, communicate professionally, stay organized and remain calm in a busy environment.

About the Role
You will be one of the first people patients interact with when they contact or visit the clinic. You will help patients feel welcomed, answer their questions and keep the front desk operating efficiently.

- Learn to use our electronic medical record system
- Enter and update patient information accurately

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional and comfortable working with the public
- Comfortable answering phones and learning new computer software
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Calm and professional when handling challenging situations
- Dependable, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- You do not require a Medical Office Assistant certificate
- No previous medical-clinic experience required
- You do not need experience using electronic medical record software
We provide paid, on-the-job training for candidates who are new to medical administration.
