Elixir Alchemist- Full Time or Part Time

You have a passion for crafting elixirs, an open and friendly vibe and the ability to uphold a lightness of being and warm engagement with customers.

Main Tasks:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide an exceptional customer experience by listening to client needs and providing informed recommendations

  • Elixir Crafting: Preparing and serving elixirs and food items

    Elixir Bar maintenance: maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, efficient space. Includes clearing tables, washing dishes and maintaining elixir bar cleaning protocols

  • Community/Connection: Building friendly relationships with customers


Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Warm & Welcoming: Creates a friendly, inviting atmosphere for customers

  • Clear Communication: Listens actively, takes orders accurately, and engages with customers

  • Ease & Confidence in Fast-Paced Environments: Balances speed with attention to detail without feeling overwhelmed

  • Live the Lifestyle: Embodying health, craftsmanship, and integrity


Experience to Know or Acquire:

  • General knowledge of elixir bar ingredient uses, benefits and functions

  • General knowledge of the function, flavour, and feel of each elixir and upgrades

✔ Customers feel welcomed and engaged

✔ Elixirs and menu items are prepared in a consistent and timely manner

✔ Balance efficiency with quality, keeping up during busy hours without feeling overwhelmed

✔ Able to confidently answer questions about ingredients and make appropriate recommendations

✔ Ingredients and supplies are replenished proactively

✔ Elixir bar, tables and dishes are consistently cleaned and sanitized

✔ Contributing positively to our team and customer community
