About Us

Azarias is a well-established neighbourhood restaurant where hospitality comes first. Our guests are more than customers—they are friends, neighbours, and regulars who return because of the relationships they build with our team. We are looking for an experienced server who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional, experienced server who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years serving experience in a fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of wines, wine service, and food pairing recommendations
  • Ability to prepare and serve basic cocktails and mixed drinks
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Permanent availability on weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays)
  • Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Smart Serve Certification required

Preferred Experience

Candidates with training and experience from established restaurant groups are encouraged to apply, including:

  • Chuck's Roadhouse
  • The Keg Steakhouse + Bar
  • Earls Kitchen + Bar
  • Joey Restaurants
  • Or similar fine dining and upscale casual restaurants
