Job Description

Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction, and crafting delicious classic and signature drinks.

What you will be doing:

• creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
• providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
• promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
• communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
• stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
• checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
• counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
• other assigned duties

The person we are looking for has:

• a valid Smart Serve Certification
• Sake & Japanese whiskey knowledge is a strong asset
• strong classic cocktail knowledge
• the ability to work effectively alone
• passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
• strong communication skills
• the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
