Who We Are:

Firkin on the Bay has been the go to British pub for 11 years in the Humber Bay Shores neighbourhood of Etobicoke. Our 140 seat patio is rocking in the summer with a perfect view of downtown Toronto across Lake Ontario. We also have a 60 seat "games room" 2nd floor mezzanine as well as a 120 person capacity bar and dining room.

As a member of our Front of House team, you have hospitality in your blood and have a passion for food and beverage. You must thrive in a faced paced setting and be able to contribute to an outstanding guest experience from start to finish in a high volume, energetic environment. Experience is a must!

You are the the most important face of our restaurant - the first person our guest sees when they arrive and the last to see them off when they leave.

You are a dynamic person, quick with a joke and a smile. You know that being just “good enough” is never good enough for your guests. You always work hard and always do the right thing, even when no one is watching. You have a passion for food and drink.

The ideal candidate can work a combination of opens, mids and closing shifts and must be Smart Serve certified. Other relevant certifications such as First Aid or Food Handler are an asset.
