Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
  • Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
  • Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Monitor productivity and address operational issues.
  • Communicate daily priorities and concerns to management.
  • Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
