Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Cook pizzas using appropriate kitchen equipment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning toppings
- Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple orders quickly while maintaining attention to detail\
- Wash dishes
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially in pizza or quick-service settings
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations required
- Kitchen experience involving food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness is ideal
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for quality, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering excellent product quality
