Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook . Candidates with restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or a background in the food service industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards
• Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager
• Support food service operations by ensuring timely preparation of menu items
• Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
• Organize and stock ingredients, supplies, and utensils needed for daily operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow

Experience

• Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and meal preparation techniques is desirable
• Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
