Description du poste – ATP / TP en pharmacie

Uniprix Knowlton est à la recherche d’un(e) assistant(e) technique en pharmacie (ATP) ou technicien(ne) en pharmacie (TP) pour se joindre à son équipe.

La pharmacie est située au 310 Knowlton, à Lac-Brome, à environ 15 minutes de Bromont, 20 minutes de Cowansville, 30 minutes de Granby et 30 minutes de Sutton.

Nous offrons un environnement de travail agréable, stable et bien organisé, avec une équipe très expérimentée, accueillante et collaborative, ainsi qu’une clientèle en or. La pharmacie est également bien équipée, avec un robot Parata et un VBM sur place.

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueillir les patients et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
  • Effectuer la saisie des ordonnances dans le logiciel ReflexRx
  • Préparer les ordonnances avec précision
  • Assister le pharmacien dans les tâches techniques quotidiennes
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes des patients
  • Participer à la gestion de l’inventaire et au classement des commandes
  • Utiliser les équipements disponibles, incluant le robot Parata et le VBM, selon les procédures en place
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et efficace
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour assurer un service rapide, humain et professionnel

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne bilingue, fiable, organisée et professionnelle. La personne doit aimer le travail d’équipe, avoir le souci du détail et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.

Une expérience en pharmacie est un atout. Une expérience avec ReflexRx, Parata ou VBM est également un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.

Uniprix Knowlton is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

The pharmacy is located at 310 Knowlton, in Lac-Brome, approximately 15 minutes from Bromont, 20 minutes from Cowansville, 30 minutes from Granby, and 30 minutes from Sutton.

We offer a pleasant, stable, and well-organized work environment with a highly experienced, welcoming, and collaborative team, as well as an amazing clientele. The pharmacy is also well equipped, with a Parata robot and a VBM on site.

Main responsibilities

  • Use available equipment, including the Parata robot and VBM, according to established procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to provide fast, professional, and patient-focused service

Candidate profile

We are looking for someone bilingual, reliable, organized, and professional. The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, pays attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.

Pharmacy experience is an asset. Experience with ReflexRx, Parata, or VBM is also an asset, but is not required.
