Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our restaurant’s guest experience! In this lively role, you’ll deliver exceptional hospitality by providing friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. As a key member of our food service team, you’ll handle food and beverage orders efficiently, maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service
  • Manage guest requests efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

Experience

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
  • Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering guest services that exceed expectations
