ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a sommelier who doesn’t just pour wine — you craft narratives. You’re articulate, composed, and thrive in a high-performance, high-reward environment. You bring quiet confidence, magnetic charm, and a deep reverence for the guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Curate and maintain a refined wine and sake program tailored to our seasonal tasting menus
- Deliver expert pairings that enhance the culinary storytelling of each course
- Educate guests with enthusiasm and precision, guiding them through selections with grace
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage cellar inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Lead internal training and beverage education for staff
- Assist in service and guest interactions as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum 2 years of sommelier or fine dining wine service experience
- WSET Level 2 or higher (or equivalent certification/knowledge)
- Deep knowledge of global wine regions, sake, and food pairing principles
- Calm, confident, and charismatic presence — a natural storyteller
- Valid ProServe certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
