What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Wingstop Superpowers)

• Leading the Pack: Oversee all store operations, from the front counter to the fryer, ensuring everything runs smooth as butter (or should we say, ranch?).
• Quality & Service Guru: Make sure every wing is crispy, juicy, and packed with our legendary flavour—while delivering next-level customer service.
• Business Boss Moves: Hit sales targets, manage budgets, and keep costs in check—because a well-run store is a happy store.
• Squad Motivation: Recruit, train, and inspire your team to be the best in the business. Happy crew = happy customers!
• Growth & Innovation: Always looking for ways to improve, grow, and make Wingstop THE place for wings in Canada.
• Safety First: Ensure top-tier food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards—because we take cleanliness as seriously as we take flavour.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a high-volume hospitality environment. Bonus points for having both back-of-house and full-service front-of-house management experience.
• A strong business mindset. You know how to drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability (and have examples from past experience to prove it).
• A people-first leader who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.
• Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
• The ability to hustle, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure—because let’s face it, peak hour gets intense!
