Type – Full Time

New Position or Filling Existing Position – Filling existing position

Salary Range - $50,000 -$100,000

Anticipated Start Date – As soon as possible

Location – Hamilton, Ontario

Schedule – 5 day work week, Mondays to Saturdays

What we are looking for?

Job Summary
Johnston Motor Sales is currently seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Commission pay structure.

Duties
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits during test drives
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values effectively to close sales
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in a retail sales environment
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals
