Overview

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our small team at Humble Coffee Roasters.

Our café is casual, friendly and built around genuine relationships, both with our customers and with each other. Many of our customers are regulars, so you'll quickly get to know the familiar faces, their usual orders and probably a little more about their lives than you expected.

Because we're a small team, everyone gets involved. One minute you might be making espresso drinks, the next preparing food, serving customers, restocking or helping with dishes. There isn't a rigid divide between roles.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that kind of environment: approachable, hardworking and happy to take initiative. Someone who notices when something needs doing and gets on with it, works well with others and takes pride in giving genuinely good service.

Barista experience is important, but we're just as interested in the person behind the coffee. If you're dependable, good with people, willing to work hard and enjoy being part of a close-knit café team, we'd like to hear from you.
