Our work spans booking platforms, closed user group programs, agent tools, hotel distribution, and AI-enabled travel technology. Across products including oneWURLD, Above & Beyond, Corporate Booking Tool, Inner Circle, YourWURLD, and Hollo.AI, we support clients and partners in travel, hospitality, loyalty, and related industries.

We are growing quickly and looking for people who can bring structure, follow-through, and clear communication to fast-moving cross-functional work. We are looking for an experienced project leader who can bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to a growing organization while helping teams deliver effectively at scale.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager based in Vancouver to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across operations and client delivery. This is a full time role, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days per week.

This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, drive accountability across teams, manage competing priorities, and help shape how projects are delivered across the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on execution.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will work closely with product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and client success teams to drive successful project delivery across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple business units
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Drive accountability across teams while balancing competing stakeholder needs
  • Develop and improve project management frameworks, governance processes, and reporting standards
  • Support and manage multiple projects and workstreams across operations, client delivery, and internal business priorities
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, trackers, and status updates
  • Coordinate across developers, sales, marketing, client success, and leadership to keep work moving
  • Track dependencies, blockers, risks, and changing priorities, and escalate where needed
  • Support project intake, task management, follow-up, and documentation across key systems
  • Keep Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce up to date so projects are visible and organized
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help improve internal processes and bring more consistency to how projects are planned and delivered
  • Support organizational planning and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-12 years of project or program management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience building timelines, roadmaps, trackers, and project documentation
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable making decisions in situations where priorities, requirements, or information may be evolving.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work across technical and non-technical teams, including developers, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.
  • Comfortable following through, chasing answers, and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Based in Vancouver and available to work from the office 5 days per week

Nice to Have

  • Experience in travel technology, travel, hospitality, or loyalty-related businesses
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Exposure to digital marketing
  • WordPress experience, particularly with the Kadence theme
  • Experience supporting both internal operations projects and client-facing delivery
  • Experience working in a SaaS, platform, services, or agency-style environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects are organized, visible, and moving forward
  • Timelines and roadmaps are current, practical, and easy to follow
  • Stakeholders know what is happening, what is blocked, and what comes next
  • Communication is clear, proactive, and reliable
  • Cross-functional teams are better aligned and less reactive
  • The business has stronger project discipline as it scales

Compensation and Perks

  • Base salary of $100,000 CAD, depending on experience
  • 3 weeks of vacation
  • Benefits after 3-month probation
  • Opportunity to grow within a scaling travel technology company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Benefits:
