Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Food and Beverage Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, stations, and side stations
  • Follow food safety protocols during food preparation, serving, and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address special dietary needs or requests
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment by adhering to restaurant policies and promoting teamwork

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, cash handling, and inventory purposes
  • Previous kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items tactfully to increase revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction
