About the Role

We are a national distributor of ethnic and international food brands across Canada. Our business spans multiple cultures, regions, and supplier markets. As we grow, disciplined and transparent buying practices are essential to protecting margins, managing inventory risk, and supporting long-term partnerships.

We are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to support and execute integrated B2B marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue growth for Thai United Food Trading Ltd. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys structured execution, working with data and systems, and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.

You will work closely with sales and leadership teams, using established processes, tools, and marketing platforms to align campaigns with business objectives and optimize performance. With support from the team and access to marketing automation and analytics tools, you will help improve lead generation, strengthen pipeline growth, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, content, social, paid) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar aligned with sales priorities, product launches, and business cycles.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, nurture prospects, and improve conversion to sales opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and budget allocation to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with sales to define ICPs, refine targeting, and support GTM strategies for products, cross-sell, upsell, and market expansion.
  • Lead SEO and content strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and strengthen digital presence.
  • Own social media strategy, ensuring strong engagement, reach, and conversion performance.
  • Develop marketing assets and sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies) to support deal closure.
  • Drive event and webinar strategy from planning to post-event analysis to improve lead quality and brand visibility.
  • Leverage analytics and AI tools to continuously test, optimize, and personalize campaigns and content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on demand generation performance, providing insights on pipeline contribution and marketing effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent pipeline growth driven by effective B2B campaigns and strong lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Clear sales and marketing alignment with shared targets and reliable MQL-to-pipeline conversion.
  • Measurable, improving campaign ROI supported by strong use of CRM, automation, and analytics.
  • Growing digital presence through higher website traffic, SEO performance, and social engagement.
  • High-impact content, GTM, and sales enablement materials that accelerate sales cycles and support revenue growth.
  • Effective demand generation, events, and cross-sell programs that contribute predictably to pipeline and revenue.
  • Marketing execution is disciplined, data-driven, and trusted for consistent business impact.

Who Will Do Well in This Role

You are likely to succeed if you:

  • Prefer working with clear rules, data, and structured processes
  • Are comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity before making decisions
  • Take pride in accuracy, documentation, and doing things the right way
  • Communicate professionally and directly, even when English is not your first language
  • Value stability, fairness, and accountability in your work environment

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, digital campaign management, content strategy, and lead generation
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, AI tools, and marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging marketing assets for B2B audiences
  • Proven track record of planning and executing tradeshows, webinars, and industry events that drive lead generation
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared objectives

Why Join Us

  • Clear processes and expectations — no guesswork
  • Training and support on systems and tools
  • A respectful, diverse, and professional team environment
  • Opportunity to build long-term skills and career growth
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
