The Opportunity
We are hiring a passionate and results-driven Account Executive who can immediately influence major retail partnerships, drive strategy, and accelerate growth across our national portfolio of authentic global food brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while identifying opportunities to acquire new clients and expand the product portfolio within existing accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs, recommending suitable products, and providing professional after-sales support.
• Actively promote and launch new products to support category growth and market penetration.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, products, and pricing, and provide actionable market insights to support account strategies and sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales activities, customer feedback, and account information in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Category Management, Buying, and Marketing teams on inventory, product initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

Who You Are

✔ 3+ years of CPG or grocery retail key account management experience (mandatory)

✔ Direct experience managing major Canadian retail accounts

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

✔ A track record of surpassing targets and driving profitable growth

✔ High commercial instincts and the ability to operate with autonomy

✔ Willingness to travel regularly across the region

✔ A competitive, proactive, results-first mindset

This is a full-time, permanent role open only to candidates currently based in Toronto with proven CPG/grocery retail key account experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
