Job Summary

If you take pride in your work, and enjoy creating a spotless kitchen, join our team as a Dishwasher, where your role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment to help support our kitchen team during daily service.

You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Clean kitchen surfaces and dishwashing areas, remove waste, and keep floors clear to support a safe, organized workspace.
• Sort and store clean items, replenish supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in food handling and prep activities
• Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Take out garbage and recycling as needed.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! -we're happy to train the right person.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus

Pay: $18.25 per hour
