Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team!

As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Your energy and positive attitude will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment where teamwork and guest satisfaction are at the forefront.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro, Uber, DD, ensuring timely delivery
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
  • Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or hospitality enhances your ability to succeed in this position
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
