Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook specializing in Wok cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking Asian-inspired dishes with precision and care, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, contribute to a vibrant dining experience, and grow within the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of wok-based dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling and safety protocols
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including equipment and utensils
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely order completion
  • Follow health regulations and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards at all times

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, wok skill, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
